Bogot\u00e1 is the capital of Colombia and has approximately 8 million inhabitants. With 2600 meters above sea level, it is the third highest capital city in the world<\/strong>, after La Paz and Quito. <\/p>\n

Consider La Candelaria<\/strong><\/a> (the historic center), Chapinero Alto<\/strong><\/a>, El Chic\u00f3<\/strong><\/a>, and Usaqu\u00e9n<\/strong><\/a>. The historic La Candelaria in the heart of Bogot\u00e1 is, of course, not to be missed. Even though it’s the most touristy, it’s also very beautiful.
