Colombia’s capital Bogotá is located in the middle of the department of Cundinamarca. One of the least known and least visited regions of Colombia. A shame, because Cundinamarca has a lot to offer. Think of cute villages, extreme sports, street art, many hiking opportunities, beautiful views and diverse climates. All in one province. I live in Cundinamarca myself and know it very well. I can really advise you to add this part to your itinerary Colombia: you will be amazed by the beauty, authenticity and diversity of this area!
